Privacy Policy
G Schedule, a service of GB Technology and Security LLC
Effective date: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how G Schedule, a service of GB Technology and Security LLC ("GB Technology and Security," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://gschedule.app or use the G Schedule scheduling application (together, the "Service").
G Schedule is a hosted scheduling tool that we provide to businesses ("Clients"). Clients' staff use it to manage schedules and appointments, and Clients' own customers may use it to book or view appointments. If you have questions, contact us at contact@gschedule.app.
1. Our role: Clients control their data
When a Client uses G Schedule, the Client decides what information goes into the app about its staff and customers and why. For that information ("Client Data"), the Client is the business responsible for it, and GB Technology and Security acts as a service provider (sometimes called a "processor") that stores and processes it on the Client's behalf and following the Client's instructions.
If you booked an appointment with a business that uses G Schedule, that business's own privacy policy governs how it uses your information. Please contact that business directly with questions or requests about your data. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to the Client or help the Client respond, as appropriate.
We are directly responsible for information we collect for our own purposes, such as information about Client account holders, billing, website visitors, and support requests.
2. Information we collect
Information you or a Client provide
- Account information: name, email address, business name, phone number, password or login credentials, and role (for example, owner, admin, or staff). Sign-in is currently email and password.
- Scheduling and booking information: appointment dates and times, services booked, staff assigned, availability, notes, and the contact details of the person booking (such as name, email, and phone number). Clients may add other fields to their booking forms; that information is Client Data.
- Billing information: if a Client pays for the Service, billing contact details and payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, a third-party payment processor when paid plans are offered; until then, billing may be arranged separately; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests and feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, date and time of access, and similar log data, collected by our servers and our hosting and security providers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including creating and managing accounts and appointments;
- send service messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations on behalf of Clients;
- send account and administrative messages, such as security alerts, billing notices, and updates to our terms;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- respond to support requests;
- protect the Service, prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We use Client Data only to provide the Service to the Client, as the Client instructs, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
4. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- With the Client. Information you enter when booking with a business goes to that business and its authorized staff.
- With service providers. We use trusted companies to help us run the Service. They may access information only as needed to do work for us and are required to protect it. These currently include or may include:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (domain name, network, security, Workers hosting, and related storage);
- an email delivery provider we engage to send service and transactional messages;
- an SMS provider if a Client enables text reminders;
- a payment processor (for example, Stripe) when online plan payments are enabled.
- For legal reasons. If we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of GB Technology and Security, our Clients, users, or others.
- Business transfers. If GB Technology and Security is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your permission. In other cases when you or the Client direct us to share it.
5. Text message (SMS) reminders
If your Client has not enabled text reminders, this section does not apply to you.
If a Client enables text reminders and you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you may receive appointment-related text messages (such as confirmations, reminders, and changes) from or on behalf of that business. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out.
- For help, reply HELP or email contact@gschedule.app.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws before G Schedule sends texts to their customers. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) that are necessary to run the Service, for example to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and protect against fraud and abuse. Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies used for security and bot protection.
We do not use advertising cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Service, such as signing in, may not work.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for these signals to turn off. Where required by law, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Client Data is kept while the Client's account is active. After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify Client Data within 30 days, unless the Client asks us to delete it sooner or we must keep it longer by law. Copies in backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.
- Account and billing records may be kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting and security providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected Clients and individuals as required by law.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a Client schedules appointments for minors (for example, a tutoring or youth sports business), the Client is responsible for obtaining any required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at contact@gschedule.app and we will delete it.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under US state privacy laws (such as those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states) to:
- know or access the personal information we have about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling (we do not do these things).
To make a request, email us at contact@gschedule.app. We will need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time required by law.
If your information is Client Data (for example, you booked an appointment with a business that uses G Schedule), please send your request to that business. We will help the Client respond.
Some of these laws may not apply to a business of our size. Even where they do not, we will try to honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your information.
11. Users outside the United States
The Service is run from and intended for users in the United States. If you use it from outside the US, your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice, such as by email to account holders or a notice in the Service.
